We are seeking an experienced Office Administration Assistant/Data Entry to work in a highly regarded successful family business in Richmond.

Our Client

Our client operates a number of businesses in Richmond and South Yarra.

About the role

Working in a small team you will assist the Office Manager with  data entry, checking of invoices against orders and basic inputting of information into MYOB.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of MYOB
  • Checking invoices against orders
  • Data Entry
  • Good attention to detail
  • General office administration  skills as required
  • Good communication and phone skills
  • Candidates with a wealth of working experience very welcome to apply!!!
