We are seeking an experienced Office Administration Assistant/Data Entry to work in a highly regarded successful family business in Richmond.
Our client operates a number of businesses in Richmond and South Yarra.
About the role
Working in a small team you will assist the Office Manager with data entry, checking of invoices against orders and basic inputting of information into MYOB.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Knowledge of MYOB
- Checking invoices against orders
- Data Entry
- Good attention to detail
- General office administration skills as required
- Good communication and phone skills
