Greg founded Octopus some 21 years ago, with the aim of providing the industry he loved with a service provider for recruitment and HR solutions that had no peer. The company has grown to be the dominant force in the areas in which it operates by following Greg’s guiding principle of not compromising on the quality of the service which Octopus provides. “Our national and international reputation is testimony to the standards we have set ourselves over the past 21 years” says Greg.
Michael is a senior executive with extensive sales, management & business experience in a range of industries including recruitment, management consultancy and hospitality. With a drive to succeed that has seen him win service and industry awards, Michael provides our clients with the benefit of 20 years of management experience in sales, recruitment, business operations, and facilities management.
Samantha is one of Octopus’s stellar success stories; she was handpicked from the Octopus field staff 3 years ago and put through the UR mentoring program. She worked across all Octopus departments through this program; HR, payroll and staffing. Starting as the HR Coordinator, Sam quickly moved into the role of Team Leader and Staffing Services Manager. In October 2014, Samantha was appointed as Chief Operations Officer for Octopus.
